ABOUT FAI

Freyabadi Indotama (FAI) has a modern Research & Development centre with three high-tech and international standard factories at Karawang and Surabaya in Indonesia and Rayong in Thailand.

FAI has been the trusted partner & supplier to over 8,000 businesses from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to Multi-National Corporations, both local and international in over 20 countries across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa for couverture and compound chocolate.

 

With the signing of the United Nations Global Compact agreement in January 2013, FAI is committed to improving the standard of living within the company group and throughout society by instilling four principles, namely human rights, labour standardization, environmental security, and anti-corruption.

Energy Efficiency Factories

FAI has raised energy efficiency by switching to LED lighting and installing motion sensors.

Solar Panel Rooftop

To reduce its carbon footprint, with an estimate of 1,306 tons of CO2 emissions annually (comparable to removing 282 cars from the road or planting 21,760 trees annually) and ​increase cost savings.
